The Clocktower, York

In the heart of York, the former Terry's Chocolate Factory, an iconic Grade II listed site, underwent a remarkable transformation. The main building was converted into 163 exquisite apartments in 2015, earning itself a reputation as one of York's most sought-after premier addresses. Collaborating with the developer, we were entrusted with outfitting the prestigious Clock Tower section, ensuring that the bathroom experience matched the elegance and luxury of this landmark project.

We introduced Saneux's UNI basins and 2-drawer furniture, marrying style with functionality in the Clock Tower. Complementing these were the Matteo back-to-wall pans and Flushe flushing system, ensuring residents enjoyed a seamless and efficient bathroom experience.

The newly redeveloped Clock Tower at the former Terry's Chocolate Factory is a blend of heritage and modern luxury, a unique addition to the city's rich tapestry.
