Courtlands Farm, Banstead

The redevelopment of Courtlands Farm has created an exclusive collection of 13 bespoke detached homes in Banstead, comprising five four-bedroom and eight five-bedroom properties arranged around a landscaped central water feature.

Working directly with developer Vision Construct and bathroom specialist Maison Decorum, Saneux supplied a coordinated specification across 51 bathrooms and en suites. Monument fluted furniture in Matte White and UNI sanitaryware were paired with COS brassware in Brushed Nickel, alongside FLUSHE 2.0 concealed cisterns and matching flush plates. The result is a series of calm, contemporary spaces where clean architectural lines, tactile detailing and a restrained palette complement the refined character of the development.
